To Make Things Okay
To Make Things Okay, is an ongoing project exploring young women’s experiences of sex and relationships in modern Britain. Through still-life photography, self-portraiture and writing, Clarke explores this topic drawing on information collected from interviews and personal experience. Within the work, the frequent mistreatment of women at the hands of men, which is often justified by the current sexual climate in Britain, is discussed.
